H&R Racing springs. Look at my profile picture, that is how it will sit. Though that is without the spring isolators.

H&R or go home. I have the Race springs and I love how it rides and handles. Here are a couple pictures...I have all Iso's in as well.

whats the difference?

IMO If you're serious about handling H&R Race are the way to go.
Same rate as were on the 2000R lowers car 1.5" (safe drop)

The H&R sports lower the car 1.75"" and are a little less taut.

IRS Spring Rates:
• 2000 Cobra R F: 800 R: 750
• 2003/2004 Coupe F: 600 R: 600
• 2003/2004 Vert F: 500 R: 470
• 1999/2001 Coupe F: 500 R: 470
• Steeda Cobra F: 720-780 R: 650-790
• H&R Race F: 760-850 R: 770
• H&R Sport F: 700-760 R: 685
• Eibach Pro-Kit F: 450-570 R: 650-820
• Kenny Brown F: 725 R: 825

• Vogtland F:400-742 R:274-714

I have H&R and they rub in the rear if I hit big bumps. I need to get a little more spacer or trim a little next time I have my wheels off. I run a 315 out back.

I just went with H&R race on my coupe. You definitely will feel the difference. They do ride a bit rougher and you will feel every bump on the road. Make sure you have subframes as without them, I'm sure my car would feel like crap (rattles, creaking, and flex). I feel every bump, but my car feels solid and is going to get more solid once install the STB and some bushings I bought. I had Eibach Pros on a past car and they drove more like a Cadillac. Quite a bit more give than H&R Race and sometimes it caused scraping. Those felt more like just lowering springs than handling springs.

I ran the cobra R springs, the H&R springs have a progressive rate that the R springs did not have..but for sure the heavy spring rate makes the car ride solid when lowered, it wont bottom out as easy and holds a firm ride.. Not sure what everyone uses but I recommend the bilstein HD shocks and struts with the race springs, that or tokico d-specs if you think adjustables will help. Have to have a good match with shock/struts and springs..
