Best car cover for the application?

I park in a carport and I live in a primarily rainy area (Seattle area). I want something that does a good job in a moist environment, even though the car is in a covered area. I'm thinking in terms of dew, rain, etc.

Basically, I'm going to cover the car for the winter and drive her on the sunny days, regardless of temp. I have the Subaru family wagon for crappy days.

Any ideas/suggestions?
