Belt tensioner problem

When "the fix" was done on my car ford replaced my belt tensioner with one that has a threaded hole instead of a square where you would put wrench to take the tension off the belt. Does anyne else have this same tensioner and how so you take tension off the belt?

A metric hex key will work also. I use one and a cheater bar.

The bolt worked great. However, now I noticed that the case is cracked. Looks Like i will need to go to ford tomorrow to get another one. The only problem is that the tensioner that my builder put on (a new replacement tensioner) is too weak and is causing me to shread belts. Im hoping ford still has the older style with the screw hole.
