"Belt squeel" type noise ONLY while in gear

Has anyone experienced belt squeel sounds with new, tensioned belts, only while the car is in gear and going down the road. When car is in neutral it goes away. I just bought my 04 Cobra and can't figure it out.

Did you replace both belts or just one?

Both belts are new. I Tried adjusting the TOB and nothing different. Im thinking a pulley. I'm not sure though.
