belt probs

well as it states i am having a tough time getting my belt for the blower on..
i installed a lfp 6# with the lower idler mounted in the lower position lower and billetflow 92mm lidlers(three of them) and a 3.5 alt pulley. (no upper idler yet as i dont know if i will have belt slippage)...i have a 4080790 gatorback ploy-v belt but it is coming up short..any ideas what belt i might need?

Put the belt on first. Then put the snub idler on.

i dont have a snub idler.....i just went and bought a 81

If you don't have a snub idler, then yes, get a bigger belt.

ok got the 81 installed and it is on the low side of the tensioner...the tab and the pulley arm is within the band on the tensioner(raised indication on the body just above the arm)...should i go with the 80in instead?

i see the prob now the belt tensioner didnt have the 1\2inch in all the way and rounded a bit..it is still good but i will look for a new one...anyone got a part number without having to buy the whole bracket?..that idler\tensioner bracket is 375$
