belt alignment is WAY off help!!

the pulley bridge is bolted up correct, only thing i can thing of is the pulley bridge is bent some

below is a shot of the belt, with everything on properly! as you can see, on the right of the belt, it is rubbin on the right idler, inside edge. the belt runnin on the left idler, it looks like its about to jump off the outside of the pulley. like i was saying the only thing i can think of is the pulley bridge has been tweaked enough to throw off the belt path

why is my belt way off! lol

do you have the bolts with the spacer on them? i believe there is two or three bolts that have about a quarter inch spacer in the middle that bolt that to the block. im almost sure this is your problem. did you use regular bolts? that would explain why its sitting about a .25 inch in !

See the bolt inbetween the bridge? should be about 2 or three like that

Only the top two use studs on the pulley bridge while 2 regular bolts are used on the bottom.

Yeah all factory bolts are in their proper place

hmmm thats weird then bud. i would say yah maybe your pulley bridge is bent?

actually took the bridge off completely and its cracked..
