Bed Cover???

Can anyone tell me what manufacturer made this bed cover?

I think it might be a Jasons brand but I'm not for certain. I am looking for the band to possibley add the wireless remote latch or if I have to I may just end up wiring it into the door locks which makes more sense anyways. I never got a key to the lock so thats what started this whole search. I was hoping to get a new lock switch without having to just get a new key made from a locksmith.

Yea it looks just like mine. Mine doesnt have that big black box though. I mean even the clamps are identical and the hinges at the cab look similar. Call Jasons and see if they can get another key sent out.
