Well I am sure it will sound cool :-D

However, since I lack a Cobra, I'll let the guys give you a good answer.

Pointcover: I first installed the Basanni X-Pipe with the stock cat-back system. Drove it for 2 months, not too bad. Then installed the Basanni Cat-Back System, no comparison. Love the sound and the power. Just a bit louder than stock, quite a bit more torque as measured on the butt-dyno. Could have been the car breaking in at the same time?????? I do know that with the X-Pipe and the Cat-Back, this car is very fast. I dynoed before installing the Cat-back system and we ran 300.7 rwhp and 297 ft/lb torque.

You may want to consider the Magnaflow catted X-pipe as well. There has been some talk about it over on Stangnet & on the Corral lately....not trying to steal Bassani's thunder (no pun! lol), but the Magnaflow piece really looks sharp; its cats don't hang as low as the Bassanis' cats do either. :) Just a tad cheaper too, if not the same price.
