I have a bassani ss off road x-pipe for sale. It came of my old 01 cobra (5spd)and fit fine but while looking up the part number online for this post I found that pn 48-4600-2 is for a 99-04 GT with an auto. Never had an issue wit it on my old car( bought it with it on there). I took it off to pass VA inspection then wrecked the car and its been still around since. With that said, you can try and use it on a cobra but part number is for a GT. Just read that it will fit 4v cars also but you will need to extend the O2 sensors( I dont believe mine where but I could be wrong because they were spliced for my A/F guage).
