Bassani Header install

Is it possible to install the Bassani headers on the engine when it is not in the car. My head is being replaced and I was wanting to have them install my headers. The engine was pulled out the top. Will they be able to drop the engine in and still thread the steering shaft through the headers.

The tech at my service dept. told me he couldnt do it that way. I looked at mine and part does wrap around the steering wheel shaft. Some might have had it done that way but mine said he couldn't. He dropped the front suspension to get the bolts on good and it wasn't cheap.

But the sound rocks and I did get some power from them. I am happy with em.
