Someone has, but had to have the PATS system re-flashed because the car wouldn't start after the install.

Yeah, I have read about a few people doing this, and the GT500 gauge cluster swap, but you need to visit the dealer (no lube included) to get the cluster re-programmed

How much do the clusters go for?

They aren't bad, it's the dealer re-programming that nails you from what I understand.

Sucks that you have to go to the dealer on these cars. I was able to just do a simple swap. Not on a Mustang obviously. Cost me a whopping 40 bucks and 30 minutes.

What are the differences anyways?
