Banging or popping on hard deceleration and acceleration

Hey guys I got this banging or popping noise when I accelerate in 1st or decelerate hard down shifting. Im thinking tranny mounts but looking for input here. Thanks guys.

Where does it sound like it if from?

Could be your motor mounts, transmission mounts, or something with the rear..

sounds like its coming from under my seat.

I get that also but mine is exhaust related Hi flo cats I guess.
