Balancing Flywheel & Clutch

Is the 5.8 internally balanced or externally balanced? Also, before installing a new flywheel and clutch assembly, is there any benefit to having it balanced at a machine shop?

It's internally balanced. You shouldn't need to worry about balancing the flywheel and pressure plate.
