Bad Wheel Bearing?

I am wondering if this is my issue. I roll the car back and I can hear it click. From about 5-30mph I can hear almost like a rubbing sound from the front end. I did notice a wobble a bit in the wheel at lower speeds and a slight vibration in the front.

Would this be the wheel bearing?

Also I put skinnies on the front, would this cause premature wear?

Had the same problem with mine only no click. Loud humming noise was annoying and then I got a vibration. Had it replaced and the car is a million times quieter and no more rattles from interior pieces. Worked out good for me!

Pulled apart replaced good to go.
