I feel so dumb keeping up with this thread at this point. Its like a train wreck and for some reason I just cant look away. OP definitely has everyone’s attention on here, but its for all of the wrong reasons.

That neighbor's email had just enough broken English in it that I think, even though he seemed pretty calm, there is a good chance for a vodka-fueled confrontation now.
