Well, I finaly got the Whipple installed and was able to fired it up. Right away I noticed the engine was idleing really bad, I mean the truck was shakeing it was so bad. Add to that a ticking sound that increases with rpm. Could this be a sign of a plug thats about to pop? I did check a few plugs while everything was off to see if they were still good, but Im sure I got them in good. What do you guys think?

You shouldnt have to worry about popping a plug since you have an 03.. I would go over all of them, and check to make sure they are tight though and then work from there.

I found one plug that I forgot to tighten, but the engine still ticks and idles bad. I'll keep looking. Anything else to keep an eye out for?

1st off check all COP plugs and injector plugs. Right before I fired mine up again I found an injector plug that came out. Give each plug a little tug to make sure they are snug.
