**Was a blown fuse**
So the car has been running great.....until this morning. Trying to start the car, theft light is rapidly blinking when in the on position, car won't turn over. I have disconnected the battery for about 30 minutes and tried leaving the key it in the ignition for awhile with no luck. I also noticed when trying to connect my OBD-II scanner, it receives a 'no link' error. At first it sounded like a PATS problem until I saw the 'no link' on my scanner
Sound like a bad ECU? Any other tricks to try before calling a flatbead?
