Bad belt tensioner?

I'm on my 3rd procharger idler pulley as of a month ago. However I have 200K on the blower setup so I guess it is allowed.

Actually no. I had to replace the seal where the main pulley is when a piece of broken belt got up in there and wound. I pulled the unit apart to replace the seal and was kind of shocked (in a good way) that there was no visible wear on the gears and bearing were all nice and solid. I think the old fashioned oil fed blower set up is a good design.
