Bad azz Black "L" in Orlando??

Hey went to a conference last week, and while there saw a beautiful, bad, black Lightning out on West Sands Blvd. Sounded built, had at least a 4-point cage, with the bars coming out the rear window, lowered, wheels, etc etc.

Was wondering if this belongs to a member on here?

did it have a cobra r front bumper on it? i see it all the time out by my tech school
