background colors not showing up.. need help

I have both firefox and IE and for some reason not one webpage's background shows up
here's an example:

What can I do to fix this problem?

what are ur site settings. go to the bottom of the page. should be a scroll letting u choose the background. on this page its on the red bar at the bottom with the links that say "contact us" - "svtperformance.com" - Archive - Top.

i tried all the different settings with no luck
its not only this page, its every webpage i try to access

hhmmm...then i am confused. maybe one of the net gurus can help..sorry i couldnt man
