I just took these off my car a few weeks ago because im doing a C head conversion and also an eaton swap. I had these heads taken apart and inspected and then cleaned. The plugs were taken out during cleaning but they will go with the heads. These heads are flawless. The valve size remains stock. All you will need to do is take your internals from the heads you have now and have them assembled in these. According to MMR these will at 45hp.
