I've only had the pleasure of running autocross once a year for the last 4 years. Looking for some advice in piloting my 2 ton turd through the cones. Last year I was able to finish 5th out of roughly 135 cars. The four that beat me were running were running Hoosier A6's to my mixture of Bridgestone S04/Nitto Invo tires. I beat everyone else that had street tires so that made me happy but there is always room for improvement.
I don't get enough laps in to play with tire pressures so I'm not sure what works best in these heavy cars. Any other tips or techniques you could share would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
