Auto to manual Trans Swap

Acquired a terminator last year and it came with an auto trans. I want to swap to a manual trans (6spd preferred), what am I getting myself into?

Currently I have:
Trans 4R70W Custom Ford Overdrive self shifting
Precision Industries Torque Convertor
Lentech Valve Body with Auto shifting and Trans Brake
SFI Flywheel
Ford Motorsports Driveshaft
