Auto Swap Shifter location?

Gents,

I'm puttin a Auto in my 03 Termi.

Where is everyone mounting their shifters? I want it to look as clean as possible. I'm using a reverse manual VB, so will have to have a ratchet style.

My shifter is relocated to the cup holder area. I honestly think, if you have longer arms the stock location would probably work, but the cup holder location is really comfortable (especially when racing). I just rest my elbow on the middle console and start banging gears with a flip of the wrist, and I also have a b&m ratchet.
