I'm a new Cobra owner in the Austin area and would like to meet others.

Is there a group that gets together from time to time?

I aint exactly a group. But I've played around with some mods, love to race around the hillcountry(grew up in Fredericksburg), Smoke a mean slab of spareribs, and drink a shitload of lonestar. Oh, did I mention, I got kids. Let me know if you want to test that snake out on some serious 2 lane roads. ( farmers aren't out on Sat- Sun morn'ins a whole nother story).

There are some really great Cobra owners here in Austin and in San Antonio that get together from time to time.

blacksnake04, there's a custom dyno session this weekend that racerat is putting together! ... oh, that's San Antonio.

But still not that far from Austin to see quite a few cars.

Too bad you couldn''t have been on "this" cruise, back in March. Started on the West side of Austin, and went to Marble Falls, and back (there's a cool video - 30 + Cobras) :

I'll probably pass on the SA tuning session. I do want to put this thing on a dyno but without the custom tune.

Surely someone will post when there's another dyno day in the Austin/SA area.
