August rimfire challenge!!

I stole this idea from 2 other forums I am on, don't give me any credit for it!

I figured you guys might be bored and want something to do, so lets see who can shoot the best!


STEP #1: Print out one of these targets:

Black Target:

STEP #2: Go shoot it! Take one shot at each target (besides the 2 sighting targets in the middle)

STEP #3: Grade it! if you break a ring, give yourself the higher point.

STEP #4: Post a picture of the rifle you used and the target for bragging rights!

Here are the rules:

You either shoot the target at 25yards or 50yards. (please circle it on the target)

You can use ANY rimfire.

Hardware is unlimited. (scopes, bi-pods, etc...)

You will be shooting from a rest or prone, shooters choice.

Indoor or outdoor, I say bonus points for outdoor.

EDIT: PROVISION FOR PISTOLS: If you only have a pistol, and still want to participate. Reduce to 7 yards and specify that only a pistol was used.

OK everyone.

Post up those "other" targets.

You know which ones I am talking about.

And if you are using any scoped rifle every shot should be in the 7 ring at 150 feet. Or better.

Shoot with a pistol and iron sites and they should still all fall in the 5 ring at 50 feet.

My favorite 22cal pistol is my High Standard Sport King. The only 22 rifle I have is a 40 year old Ruger 10-22 with a 3X8 Bushnell scope.

I'll try it.. here's my rifle.. Savage 93 in 22 W.M.R. (22 Magnum) with Leupold VXII 4-12x40
