Seems this may not be an isolated practice.
No wonder teachers and some parents don't want standardized tests that are not given out by the teachers themselves.

Aside: I recently signed to tutor in some subjects. The first tutoring offer I got was from a student who wanted me to do his take-home tests in statistics, then show him "how to do the problems." This was a graduate level student..probably an MBA..probably someone's future boss.

Who cares? Teachers changed my grades all the time because I was good at sports.. Hell there were classes I didn't even show up for that they gave me passing grades for lol

"Cheating parties". Wow. Lame article doesn't say why the teachers did it, so I'm assuming it's to get more cash for the school(s) by artificially hitting minimum score mandates or something.
