ATI Blower Question

I don`t know if this is the right place to post this or not, I have a friend that wants to buy a used ATI blower, 42# injectors and a 90mm MAF, the blower and all parts are just a little over a year old, the guy selling everything is trading his truck in on a HD f150, so if anyone can give me an idea of a fair price it would be appreciated.

Why would you want an ATI? I mean i know why, but I doubt it will fit unless you plan on doing a ton of retro-fitting to get it to work

Tha ATI isn`t for my truck, I have 2 friends with regular f150 trucks, 1 of them has the ATI on his truck and he wants to trade his truck in for an HD f150, my other friend wants to buy the ATI set up before he does, thats why I need to know what the ATI, 42# injectors, 90mm MAF are worth, the ATI and everything is a little over a year old.
