Arrow question...sorry no manual

Ok I just got the car and really would love to have an answer to this ? before my manual gets here (numbnut I bought the car from never got the owners manual).

The question is what is the yellowish arrow that lights up on the dash 4?

congrats on the car..........

its a gas guzzler shift light, supposed to tell you to upshift.........for best fuel economy. But Bush wants to sell more gas so dont pay any attention to it..............and when you pulley and tune, get rid of it in your tune.............

or you can make it a real shift light in the tune, have mine set at max hp RPM
