Are these springs correct?

Hey guys, I got a pair of strange front struts and a set of UPR Coilovers to go with them. The springs I needed are 14" -175lb, which I ordered, but when I got the springs they only measure to be ~7in hign..Is this how high it's supposed to be, or did I get the wrong springs?

14" should be the free (no load) length. I have the same springs and mine were definitely longer than 7" unsprung.

Got it, then I was sent the wrong parts....twice...
