are these parts worth it?

pulled my engine out and getting ready to rebuild for more power. and now is the main gridle a good buy for the mod motors. and is the new trick flow heads that much better than stock ported, and i am talking about the new twisted wedge heads. thanx.

Stock 5.4 blocks seem to be fine without a girdle up to well over 800 HP at least so unless you are planning on shooting for 1000+ a girdle is overkill. The T.F. heads are another story and quite an ongoing debate. I don't think this thread will be able to answer that question definatively. There are some who say they are the next best thing, others will tell you a good set of ported PI heads are better.
