Are my MT ET Streets spent?

Time to put my MT ET Streets back on for the fall and notice they might not have ANY life left on them. From my experience if you cant see the diagonal grooves in the tread (these are radials) they are worn out. One tire you can barely see the diag grooves and the other tire you wouldnt know they were ever there.
I know these tires hook the best when brand new and just get worse with more wear, but am I just wasting time putting these back on? :shrug:

I wouldn't say they're a waste of time it just depends what you want from them. If it's just to get you around town for a while they'll be fine but they will have absolutely no traction in the rain so watch out for that. I'd also stay away from the track with them.

IMO you will go about a tenth slower in the 60' min.

Yeah.
Got some low 1.6s first time or two at the 1/8m, then 1.7s, then 1.8s by the time I finally got to a 1/4m strip.:bored:

I did run them on the street for 2 or 3 months which was nice but does wear the heck out of them.:(

They sure hook good when new.
