i stumbled on some sony explode stuff, and i was wondering if it was worth putting in my 08. i have the amp, sub, speakers, and headunit. i really dislike the headunit and like the factory one far better. can this stuff be installed and adapted to the factory headunit? is this stuff better than the shaker 500?

I hated my Skipper 500 in my 06. I would get rid of it IMO.
If you dislike the free stuff you got, sell it. Take that mony and apply it to an Alpine or Pioneer headunit if you want.

skipper? im assuming you mean shaker? ive heard the explode stuff before, im not an audiophile but it sounds fine to me. in all honesty i have no intention of putting money into the audio side of it. i just figured its free, so why not. im not really adjusted to the shaker yet, so idk which is better to be honest.
