Anyone with a recent reman?

So iv seen a couple posts of guys with remans go bad. Im just looking to know details. Like was it you're error, lean condition, bad break in period, manufacture? Im looking to purchase one soon...

i know lots of you have had great luck and are extremely happy with them and well most are very successful, but just a little more curious towards the recent buyers feedback, so chime in!! Good or bad and details!!!

I saw another thread on hear stating that a few people who had bought a reman and that engine toasted itself. They said it was the manufacturers fault. BTW The remaned engines aren't remaned by ford, it's done by some secondhand shop in Texas.

Seems Ford is discontinuing a lot of stuff on our cars, which is very scary.
Went through hell, relocating my oil cooler.
Not alot of options, when it comes to a long block.

What have you been hearing on the discontinuing? Like what?

Also iv seen a couple terrible posts of guys having issues with the remans. One guy spun a bearing after 500 miles and another guy had his timing chain go on him on start up. Ford decided to warranty it, but cant say the same for the first guy.
