Anyone with a 01 and FMS Aluminum Shaft?

Check out this picture, I had the FMS shaft put in, with my stock slip yoke. I was told that this is the only way to get the shaft to fit the 99-01's. Does the yoke look like it is too far into the tailcone?

You should haye 3/4 to 1in. play. That looks way too close. There's a chance of breaking the tail shaft or worse.

I was thinking the same thing, I havent unbolted the rear yoke to see how if there is any room for the shaft to move in and out. Anyone else have any comments?

Yeah I was told the drive shaft is too long and you had to shorten it by 3/4" to get it to work properly in the 99's. Thats why I think I am just going to get a custom carbon fiber shaft.
