Anyone want to trade their IRS for a 2002 8.8" live axle?

I have a complete 8.8" live axle setup from a 2002 GT. This setup has around 800 miles on it. Looking to trade for a 99+ Cobra IRS - Socal area preferred but will travel within reason.
