Im about to buy an LG refrigerator from home depot. I already have an lg TV and am happy with it, just dont know how that will corelate with their other products. The model I'm looking at is the 31 cubic foot French door one. Any experiences with these or other brands I should look at? Every site I looked at had mixed reviews, but so did every brand.

My parents love Consumer reports. They are converting over to LG products as things die. They bought a washer and dryer set from them last month and love them.
I was looking at those too. I have a working set but I don't know if I should just wait til they die or if the savings from an HE set would offset the price.
To be fair their Kenmore stuff didn't die it just was donated so she could buy new ones.

LG was rated as the #2 Bottom freezer, french door fridge.
The LFC 25776 was rated better and less expensive than any other model.
The only thing that kept it from being on top is that the Kenmore brand was reported to have one less repair reported than LG, which was in second place.
And that LG was best in temperature control, cost to run, and noise.
if I need a new one in thje next few years that will be the style that I get.
