With full exhaust KB2.8H and stock lower: Pully 3.0 = 22lbs 3.25 = 20lbs 3.75 = 16lbs
I would assume add 4lbs of boost to those number with a 4lb lower. And pully 3.5 I would assume 18lbs boost with stock lower.

So if a 3.50 is 18lb with a 4lb lower and still running stk manifolds ( for now ) I should see 22+ psi?

LT dropped about 2lbs of boost for me. With my 3lb pulley stock lower I see 22lbs on my 2.8H KB.

According to KB's web site, a 3 inch pulley with stock manifolds should equal 24.5lbs of boost, 3.25 = 22.5lbs 3.5 = 20.5lbs 3.75 = 18.5lbs.

My tuner measure my boost at 19.8lbs with a 3.25 inch pulley. This is with 1-3/4 LT full exhaust no cats stock lower.

I am running a 3.75/6lb lower and a 3.25/6lb lower. Seeing 18psi and 24psi on those setups.

Anyone still running 60lb injectors ?

I ran 60's when I was on pump gas. 2.8 mammoth I had a 2lb lower/3.65 upper that made 19lbs. Stock manifolds it made 654whp. fuel system was siemens 60's and bap with stock everything else.

Now on e85 I've got a 2lb lower/3.4 upper that makes 21lbs. fuel systems now return style 8 feed 6 return stock rails, aem 320 pumps and DW 95lb injectors incase you were wondering about fuel setups too.

I will be running pump gas and a race fuel mix, I also have a return style fuel system with a magna pro tuner fuel pump and 8 feed 6 return and was told my 60's should be fine but would rather swap them out now if I need to because I plan on trailering my car to have it tuned when finished.

Great info, thanks guys.

I have the stock 3.5" / stock lower and only see 15.5-16psi on a warm day, but I have 1 3/4 LT's and full exhaust. I think my intake is holding me back though, as its a kinda small BBK inlet I think.

I'm planning on going to a 3.25" next spring to see if I can get it up to 18-19psi with a JLT big air and retune.
