anyone running the 03 cobra pumps and tank in here got ??

I have it ready to go... but i cant get the driver side tank strap off... the IRS is in the way, how did you all pull it out? also on the pass side does the metal filler just pull out of the tank?

yes the filler pulls out kinda hard but be careful not to break it. the tank strap is another thing i had not problems with mine just keep trying.

Just get a wobbler and work on it from there. It is kinda a pain. Make sure that you go to Vato Zone and get the a/c - fuel removal tool, to get the fuel line off the fuel pump.

Lube up the filler neck that goes into the tank and wiggle it out, have a friend and a jack handy that helps.

The install is quick, goes back in the same way. I fought mine for 3 hours getting the filler neck out. And had it assembled and the car started in 45 mins.

I just did mine last weekend. Putting on a novi 1000 today!
Dyno on monday.

BTW you running the s-trim on the stock block?

well i couldnt do it... got everything taken apart except the fuel line...even with the crappy plastic tool from vato zone... gonna take to the mech monday to remove the fuel line. it is the SC Trim 9psi.

i broke sevral of the auto zone tools had to order one of the internet to actually do it.
