As stated, anyone running this setup? I'm looking for some stickier tires for the rear, however I'm running a 10" wheel. Most of the guys I've read of that have this size R888 actually have them on widened Alcoas. Tire Rack also recommends a 10.5-11" wheel.

If you run them on a 10" wheel, is there a lot of bulge? Any other issues? Rubbing?

Thanks in advance.

So Cal
ive put them on 20x10.5 and there was a decent amount of bulge. i think on a 10 it would be a bit much. those tires come extra wide. even on 20x11 there is still some bulge. theyre right at home on an 11.5" wheel

here they are on a customers car with 20x10.5 to give you an idea

I'm running them on a Shelby SE CS69 10" wheel. They have a little bulge but not extreme. They hook better than the Nitto NT05s! They also handle good in the rain. This is definitely my tire of choice for boosted power!

Awesome! Thanks Greg and RRRR03Cobra! Especially for the pic. And no, I'm only on FRPP 5300-L springs, so I wouldn't think too low.

Greg, it looks like the MPSS 295's are the same width as the 315 R888's. Is that about right?

It appears that way from the first picture, but if you look at the second picture with the tires laying on their side, you can see the R888's are about 1"-2" wider.

The tires bulge, no doubt about it, but I am ok with that and I love the R888's grip and how smooth they ride.
