Anyone run dumps or no tails

I tried it once and liked the sound. It was with Magnflows and there catted X. I was just wondring if it would be worth any power or if anyone else ran it.

I lost 24tq and 8hp with dumps open on my vert. Power was better through a factory MACH1 catback (live axle conv)

Just a noise mod to me, no power benefit.

I had these, www.dmhperformance.com nice quality, good guy too.

Dumps as in dumped before mufflers? Or dumps as in turndowns after the mufflers?

If it's the latter of the 2 I have 3" Mac Pro Dumps, and love them......sounded real good even with the stock midpipe.
Just getting ready to add an offroad X-pipe to it, and will let you know what I think if you want.

With a solid axle conversion, Auto tranny.......and nothing more than a K&N drop in filter, and the 3" Mac Pro Dumps.....no pulley, no tuning, etc......I ran a best of 12.05 @ 111.96
Best 1/4 MPH ever with same set-up was 113.04
