So I'm pretty much pegging my MAF with a Gen3, 3" upper/10% lower combo with a VMP twin 69/JLT 123 on 93 pump. Tuner won't give me any more spark or boost due to high load in the logs and the MAF issue. I went through a few months of trying to run a big mono/148 this spring and never got a hold of a TB that wouldn't failsafe when hot. I held on to the 148, though, figured I'd give it another shot later on.
If I want to add a little Boostane to every tank, though, he's willing to drop a few pulley sizes. This just leaves the MAF issue. Looking at JLT's website, they do not have a coupler that will fit a 148 up to a twin blade, so I gave them a call. Turns out they do actually have one, it's just not posted on the site, so it's on the way.
Any of you guys run a 148mm CAI with a twin blade? Any drivability or idle issues? I assume it'll be no different than running one with a big mono....
