so im looking at buying a 1995 neon for $200. the problem is it doesnt run. what i know about it is this:
I wasn't getting power at fuel pump, crank sensor, and hooked a noid light to injectors, and no blinky. I think its something with the auto shut down relay circuit, or relay itself. Or, i supose the next place might simply be PCM
