Anyone install O/R midpipe AFTER tune?

depends on what you've done to the engine. I was told by two different tuners that I can't run an offroad pipe because my intake is close to maxing with my pulley combo. So I am waiting to buy the midpipe until after I get the intake. I know it's not exactly your situation, but more of food for thought.

Nah just swap the upper back to 2.6 and cruise ;-)

This, as well as turning off the rear o2 sensors depending on the tuner. Not much more than that.
