With the tow hitch that I'm working with, two of the attachment tabs (well, they aren't tabs really, more like 1/4" thick steel) need to be removed and new ones welded in place, if not reusing the existing ones. Unfortunately I don't have a welder or grinder, much less the know how to do it safely, so I'm looking for someone and of course do NOT mind paying for services and wouldn't mind buying lunch for that matter!
