I currently work in a large insurance agency doing sales. I am wanting to move to the company side either claims or underwriting/actuary/product development. I need some advice on this. I've applied for a few claims jobs but no luck so far. I have a 4 year degree and over 3 years of P&C experience. I consider myself more knowledgable than the average agency producer. All positions I've sought after require adjusting experience. I'm just finding it difficult to break into this field. Any advice?
