Anyone heard of S/C 5.0 letting go?

ZILLA8,

Aren't you the guy that ACTUALLY blew up from trying to run a 5.4L balancer and the harmonics took out the oil pump?

No that was not me.I remember reading about a car in one of the mags that had that problem when they went above 15# boost and changed the balancer.

The oil pump gear failed and hurt the motor.I will not be going higher then 10-11 psi so only pulley swaps no balancer to worry about.

Gotcha. I had heard that this happened to a customer of STM's with a white 2011. Carry on. :D
