Anyone have experience with On 3 turbo systems?

So I searched the forum to see if there was a thread about this so don't jump down my throat because I could not find it, if there is one already. I asked this question on another thread about turbos and was told to start my own thread.

Anyone have experience with On 3 turbo systems? I have heard Good things from one reliable source that has experience with them...Lots of mixed reviews from people who have never had them...
