If anyone has one of these things could you please help me out with a measurement? I am wanting to pick up one of these things for my new ride, however I need to know what is the mounting depth of the box. I know the stock sub that comes with it is one size. But I am wanting to mount a 6.5-6.6 inch deep sub in the thing....will it fit?
Also with a new head unit upgrade can I remove all the shaker 460/1000 junk and use my own amps and speakers? The answer should be "yes" but the shaker setup doesnt need the stock amps to be in the car for the head unit and everything to power up does it? I want to make sure I can yank it all out without causing an issue with the car (no starting, etc etc). Sorry this is my first mustang in like 10 years, and my first one with the shaker setup.
