I am doing maintenance tonight installing updates on a 36 server Citrix farm. These things are flakey IMO. I still have a lot to learn but it seems like they lose the default printer for users often and then I keep getting a phantom backup outlook profile. The user wont have access to his outlook, it just pops up wanting login information when you click on the outlook icon. I have to go in a delete a bunch of these phantom profiles and install the correct one. I have 700 users. Some have never had this happen and some have it happen twice a month.
